Each bottle of PALO contains 300mg of Polyphenol Antioxidants and depending on the time of harvest of our natural ingredients, this number can reach 400mg per bottle.

Polyphenols have been shown to have numerous benefits and in fact researchers think the antioxidant activity can be greater than that of Vitamin C. It is the Polyphenols that give PALO its somewhat bitter flavor, not uncommon to the tannin notes found in red wine, pomegranate and other bitter/tart fruits that are also high in Polyphenols.

The University of Maryland Medical Center recommends 240 – 320 mg Polyphenols per day, equal to one bottle / serving of PALO.
